Hope + Flower, a luxury complex by Onni Group of Companies, consists of two beautifully modern towers located in the heart of downtown Los Angeles' entertainment core. Residents of Hope + Flower enjoy luxury residences with contemporary finishes and stunning amenities, all steps from the Convention Center, LA LIVE, Staples Center, and more. The project is the third multi-tower development to rise at the intersection of 12th and Flower Streets, joining Oceanwide Plaza and Circa.

Residents experience a host of social and recreational amenities encompassing more than 42,000 square feet. Each tower is topped with an outdoor pool that’s surrounded by day beds, lounge chairs, steam and sauna rooms, and beautiful landscaping. The outdoor entertaining areas come complete with cozy fire pits, barbecues and alfresco dining tables.

The state-of-the-art wellness centers feature cardio machines, weight training equipment, and yoga and spin studios. There’s also co-working spaces, music and game rooms, an onsite dog run, and several stylish Sky Lounges where residents can host dinner parties, wine tastings and more.

Collaborating with Onni Group of Companies, Aqua Plans provided design services for the six outdoor pools and spas located on the 8th floor, 32nd floor and 39th floor. Each pool and spa was designed with a lavish tile finish.
